- Premises include party room with banquet hall, tables, chairs and
overnight stay in the cottage for the bride and groom.
- Linens, catering, DJ's/Bands are separate costs -- The manor
can provide a list and arrange the catering upon request.
- If additional
accomodations are requested for family/guests the charge
for overnight stay in the B&B is $300.00. The B&B
can accomodate up to 7 guests.
- A deposit of $500.00
is required with the balance due 30 days prior to the event.
You may also pay in installments up to one
month prior to the event. The deposit is non-refundable.
- Parking -- needs two people to assist -- If no one is available
in your party to assist, then the local police are available at
an additional charge.
- Party can set up chairs themselves without our help. If we set-up,
the charge is $100.00
